A huge thanks to Ann and Ron Hanscom for, yet again, hosting a wonderful holiday party and Helen Buznedo for coordinating the wonderful array of food that we were treated to. A wonderful time was had by all in attendance.
GENERAL MEETING: Our General Meeting will be January 21, 2012 at 9:30a.m. at Augustana Lutheran Church, 5000 E. Alameda Avenue (on the corner of East Alameda and South Fairfax Streets) in Denver. We meet on the third Saturday of every month except July, August, and December. Come in through the east door on Fairfax Street, and you will find us in the big room at the end of the hall. Members please bring friends to our meetings and remember to wear your name tag! If your sign-in number is called and you are wearing your name tag, you win $5.00.
NEW MEMBERS: Welcome to new member Judith Gilman, who has volunteered for our exhibition committee.
SSSSSSSHHHH! Please remember to be quiet during our demonstrations and critiques. Talking is so very distracting to our members and guest presenters! Thank you!!

DAAG Exhibits: At the moment we do not have any exhibits set up until next September at the University of Denver. Zoeann Mazeau is looking into an exhibit at the Denver Botanic Gardens. The exhibition committee is looking for more members that would be willing to take on one show a year. If you’d like to volunteer please contact Nancy Graham or a board member.

WEBSITE: We have a really nice website, and there is plenty of room for more of our members to be on it. If you are interested in participating, please contact our Webmaster, Karl Johnson, and he will put your paintings on the web. If you need to have pictures taken of your work, contact Joyce Madden.
